Course Reserves

The Circulation Department maintains a collection of course materials which faculty members have placed on "reserve" for use in specific classes. These materials are selected by the faculty member. Not all classes have materials available on reserve.

Unless specified otherwise course reserves are checked out for 2-hour library use only. Two-hour reserves can only be removed from the library with permission of the instructor.

To see what materials a faculty member has on reserve, check the Display Reserve Lists on the MERLIN main screen.

Some reserve materials are available through the Internet via the Electronic Course Reserves.

Hourly reserve material may only be used in the library. Overdue hourly reserves may be fined up to $10.00 per hour.

OVERDUE hourly reserve material may be fined up to $10.00 per hour. Overdue reserve material that checks out of the library will be fined at the rate of $1.00 per day.
