This tutorial was created at Missouri S&T to teach patrons how to use various aspects of the library for research.  It includes 6 modules that can be completed in any order including:

VPN Tutorials

For the most part, most resources on the library website can be accessed from anywhere in the world using proxy server authentication.  However, some resources cannot authenticate this way (i.e. SciFinder Scholar) and sometimes a combination of database/platform/browser may cause additional issues.  Many of these issues can be resolved by setting up VPN if your machine is located off campus.  Please follow the exact directions below for accessing these library resources as they are different than those that campus IT provides.
